We don't build features for slide decks. If it doesn't help someone understand their body better, it doesn't ship. Every person here works on things real people use.

We push updates every week and put them in front of real users. Ideas get tested fast. If something doesn't work, we learn and move on. Perfectionism doesn't ship.

No layers of approval. No waiting for permission. You'll own entire projects from start to finish. When something breaks in your area, you fix it. When it wins, that's yours too.
